● Create captivating visuals, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media content, marketing collateral, and website elements
● Translate project objectives into compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently
● Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand identity and design guidelines
● Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to ensure our visual assets remain fresh, engaging, and on-brand
● A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print materials.
● Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● A keen understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
